D without a thought to it. It was their life!! No Nile no crops. They depended on the yearly flooding so they could plant.

an army can not march with out food, nor can nobles be noble if they are dead of starvation and it is not between two rivers, that is Baghdad, Iraq.

No single factor, amongst those you listed, is signifigant enough to account for the prosperity of Egypt. Better you should look at the synergy of the factors listed, and how each played a part in the whole. If you MUST choose one of the above, go with "C", and realize that either your text, or your teacher, is being overly-simplistic.

In the first century, the apostle Paul warned Timothy that “wicked men and impostors” would slip into the Christian congregation and mislead many. (2 Timothy 3:13) This great apostasy began after the death of the apostles. (Acts 20:29, 30) Following the so-called conversion of Constantine in the fourth century, vast numbers of pagans flocked to the form of Christianity that then prevailed. With what result? The book Early Christianity and Paganism states: “The comparatively little body of really earnest believers was lost in the great multitude of professed Christians.” So it should not surprise truth seekers that today's form of Christianity promoted by the churches is tainted by pagan philosophies. The worship of pagan gods grouped in threes, or triads, was common before Jesus was born. “From Egypt came the ideas of a divine trinity,” observed historian Will Durant. In the Encyclopædia of Religion and Ethics, James Hastings wrote: “In Indian religion, e.g., we meet with the trinitarian group of Brahmā, Siva, and Viṣṇu; and in Egyptian religion with the trinitarian group of Osiris, Isis, and Horus.” Even their own religious leaders admit it is unscriptural. The Christian Century, in its May 20-27, 1998, issue, quotes a pastor who acknowledges that the Trinity is “a teaching of the church rather than a teaching of Jesus.” In its 1999 issue on the Trinity, The Living Pulpit observed: “Sometimes, it seems that everyone assumes that the doctrine of the trinity is standard Christian theological fare,” but it added that it is not “a biblical idea.” The New Catholic Encyclopedia (1967) discusses the Trinity at length and admits: “The Trinitarian dogma is in the last analysis a late 4th-century invention. . . . The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century.” Martin Werner, as professor at the University of Bern, Switzerland, observed: “Wherever in the New Testament the relationship of Jesus to God, the Father, is brought into consideration, whether with reference to his appearance as a man or to his Messianic status, it is conceived of and represented categorically as subordination.” Clearly, what Jesus and the early Christians believed is far different from the Trinity teaching of churches today.

"The country of Egypt is located in Northeast Africa, which contains the Sahara desert. The desert has sand dunes that reach almost 1,000 feet. The Nile River is located in Egypt and is the longest in the world. The river is prone to flooding. In fact, the flooding of the Nile is understood to be one of the great sources of the wealth of ancient Egypt, since it makes the farmland fertile along its banks. Some parts of Egypt receive rain only once every few years, and when it does rain, major flooding can occur. "
