No, you won't need a passport, per se, but it will probably be what you have as your identification that you will be required to show to get on the plane.

Very interesting question. Obviously you need your passport to cross the international border from Canada to the United States.

To fly from one U.S. city to another I would think not, just a government issued photo I.D. like a Drivers License, etc. However you must realize that you will be dealing with those "nice, intelligent" people from TSA in order to board the plane. So just to be safe, I would carry my passport with me.

No. If you have a drivers license that should be fine.

My husband is a Canadian citizen, we live in the US and he flies frequently for business trips.
