make a bunch of pumkin (doesn't have to be pumpkins) shaped tags that can be pinned or taped to everyones shirt. Hand them out as people arrive. Once everyone is there explain that from that moment on if anyone hears another guest say (pick a word) then they can take their pumpkin. Ther person with the most pumpkins at the end of the party gets a prize.

Give ever guest a small flashlight..cheap ones with little to hardly any light...enough so they can run around. Hide trash bags (1 or 2 for each team) filled with goodies! Puppy Chow. Candy. Anything! Divide your guests into teams and then give them their flashlights and go hunting! Outside is fun...as long as it isnt raining!
