My favorite band is the Beatles and I've always liked there songs before but I never listened to an album. When I heard Here Comes The Sun, I got an album and now I'm hooked!

my favorite band now is also The Beatles, but before I had always only heard songs like "Love Me Do" and "Yesterday" so I didn't think much of them. Then I head the song "Norwegian Wood" from Rubber Soul, fell in love, and realized that they had SO many other songs that are way better than the mainstream stuff everyone hears. Now I have every single one of their albums they ever made :)

even as i replaced into an adolescent I heard 'Wowie Zowie' by utilizing 'Frank Zappa and the moms of Invention', and that all started my 40 + 365 days obsession with between the properly proper musical minds of the only top century! when I first heard the 'Freak Out' album, the 365 days replaced into 1966. on the time, no one replaced into doing something remotely close to to that sort of song. It broke diverse obstacles musically, and presented innovative recording concepts that would want to pass on to inspire the Beatles. His sardonic wry humor, witty lyrics and the beat captivated me. i imagine you quite had to be round on the on the spot to extremely understand. i have loved each little thing he's carried out as a lot as his premature passing in 1993. Frank released over 70 albums in his 27 years as a performer. What a good occupation! I really have Frank to thank for exposing me to many stuff musically, that i'd have neglected otherwise.

I have 5 ultimate favourites:

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here [ I love the line, "We're just two lost souls swimming in a fishbowl, year after year."

Garbage - I love most of their stuff but if I remember correctly, the first song I loved was Sleep Together. You Look So Fine is another favourite.

No Doubt - Don't Speak was the theme song for all break-ups but the song that made me love them was Bathwater.

Smashing Pumpkins (!) - They're the ultimate. My ex got me hooked onto them and I appreciated their song "Disarm".. The killer in you is the killer in me and damn, that's so mind-blowing.

Dio - Children of The Sea, but the one that made me think that Ronny James Dio is THE man is Rainbow In The Dark. That's what a man should sound like!
