I had a accident in june and i got several tickets including imprudent speed and failure to keep right. My lawyer said since my passenger and i were both injured we must plead not guilty and that id prolly lose and get 6-18 months suspended license. I was 16 at the time and was still on 6 month probation with my license so i was asking, what is the likelyhood of 18 month suspension? If i get a 18 month suspension can i also get a conditional licence or the time reduced?

depends on the judge and the rules in your jurisdiction. You will probably lose your license completely until you are eighteen, and maybe twenty one. You shouldn't be driving since you can't obey the laws.

Hopefully not. Be thankful that you and your passenger were only injured, not killed, and that you didn't injure anyone else. In the following eighteen months grow up and learn responsibility.
