I have to set my alarm clock to 5:00 AM so I will have about two hours to hit the snooze button. Then it takes me another 4 hours to fully wake up. So even when I am on the road, I am still half awake. Every morning when that alarm clock goes off, I am so tired. I am so tired that I feel sick in the morning. It doesn't matter really when I go bed, every day is about the same.

My alarm clock has an adjustable volume level, so I turn it up all the way, so loud that it can wake up the person in the next room. Then set it farther away from your bed so you have to get up to stop the loud noise. It works for me. Then I have my caffeine and I'm just fine.

I put the alarm clock across the room so I actually have to get up and move. You do that enough you are getting up. I am not a morning person, everyone has their own time a day they do better at. Some people are great in the moring but get sluggish and worn down in the afternoon. It is some internal clock. When my alarm clock goes off the first time I take an energy pill and lay back down. By the time the second one goes off I have energy enough to get moving.

I have yet to find the trick. If you do ... will you share? lol I do the exact same thing as you ... set the alarm for 5am and hit snooze for over an hour. I even tried the move the gal above said with moving the alram across the room. Uh yeah ... that worked. Now I just get UP about 25 TIMES walk over to it ... smack the snooze button and go get back in bed!

LMBO!!!!!!!!

Obviously I am NOT a morning person, but it doesn't take me 4 hours to wake up. lol Once I'm up, I wake up pretty quickly and am a pretty happy gal ~ even without caffeine! =)

I own an annoying, yet very effective,"Advance" alarm clock. The sound will not quit until I push the button to : OFF. Just the sound of the clock going off, insures that I will be unable to get any more rest.

I know what you mean! i hate the mornings!! I am more of a night owl. But choose to work in the mornings to get it over with, and have the night to myself.

I set my alarm clock for 5am to get up at 6 am

thank God I only do that 3 days a week!

And I drink lots of caffiene to wake me up. Used to be addicted to starbucks, then it got way too expensive.

good question.

i like whilst that occurs. If i'm getting up and look on the time and it shows I actual have one greater hour or 2 sleep, it sounds like Christmas to me. No shaggy dog tale. I consider your Wolves prediction. could be an in depth one through undesirable ending from Newcastle yet a astonishing overall performance or thrashing in favour of Newcastle. i'm questioning it is going to likely be the latter. could prefer to work out Ben Arfa start up besides. As for guy United. i'm questioning 2-0 to them vs Norwich. i think of they are going to dominate the interest, yet possibilities would bypass by skill of. That pronounced they might completely thrash them too, yet i do no longer wanna jinx it.

i guess i do the opposite then most. i keep the clock by my bed and turned up all the way. that way, when it goes off, it startles me to where my heart is racing and i cant go back to sleep. i guess i should be used to it by now, but i never look at the time at night to know when its gonna go off.
