I have a prepaid Razr from Verizon, I've had it since last December..and I'm pretty sure I have a 1 year warranty on it. Anyways, my screen keeps freezing up! Would I call Verizon up or just go to their store? Or would I have to just buy a new phone?

As long as the little dot behind the battery isn't red the warranty should be in effect.

Hi Tiffany, I don't have a Razr, just a cheap little cell phone from AT&T. I would go to their store.
