Well both of them are horrible QB's and play on offensivly challenged teams. As having them for FF (fantasy football) your pretty much screwed.
Most likely in a couple weeks if things don't happen to pick up they are both going to be benched. McNair will get replaced by Boller and Harrington by Leftwich.
I would see if I could get a guy like Garrard, but I think he is on a bye this week, so after that. Also a person like Griese who has already been said. I don't think Griese will provide much of a lift to that horrid offense, but its better than Grossman. Another guy you could easily look at would be Jason Campbell out of WAS.
I would rather pick up a better QB, than have to use one of them against any team.
To answer your question if you really needed somebody to start I would do McNair. He has experience on his side and isn't Harrington. Also the BAL offense has a bit better of players than the ATL offense does, and that helps out McNair a lot. Harrington is going to get killed by the HOU DEF. Count on that one.
...McNair isn't going to get better, probably only worse as his injuries pile up. I would suggest dropping one of them, or even both of them for a set of new QB's.
Good luck!!

Keep Harrington over McNair. McNair has no upside and doesn't protect the ball any better than Harrington... Maybe even worse.

Lose-Lose situation, my friend. Both qbs will most likely be benched by end of year. Unless Harrington produces numbers similar to last week's, the job will be Leftwich's by November. McNair has never really been known to be a fantasy qb since his co-MVP year (and i think that is mostly due to Norm Chow, former OC of the great USC Trojans).
I'm sure you can get someone for really cheap tradewise, or someone who's available with more value on the FA (is Garcia or Schaub still available?).

You can get Brian Griese right now if you look. He will probably start for the rest of the year.
You,re crazy to keep either McNair or Harrington since neither start Week 8 when you need one standing on Romo's bye week.

You want to keep McNair. Harrington is robably going to lose his starting spot soon.
