My friend has a brain tumor and my mum, her auntie har cousin and i are raising money for her, so her mum doesn't have to work. Any ideas?

Yard sale. Gather stuff and let your friends know you need stuff to sell. Everyone has stuff they don't need. This would be a great opportunity for everyone involved. Also advertise that the funding is going to a good cause.

Write to the cancer foundations and express your concern for the family. As far fund raising, try the school your friend belonged to, try your friends moms job.

You could do a sponsored fast where you don't eat for a certain amount of time or a sleep out, you and your friends could be sponsored to stay awake for a certain amount of time.
