and then open up the internet and click file then open and browse and then click on the file. Will it show up? The HTML I designed is pretty complicated.

Copy the stuff in notepad and where you have to put the HTML put it there

First, you have to save the Notepad file using SAVE AS. Save it with the extension .htm or .html so it'll show up as a web page.

Is your file's extension .htm or .txt? If it is an html file you should be able to view it as a web page using your browser window. send me the code if you'd like and i will test it for you

As long as you saved the file as a html file, it will show up as a regular web page.

well u should know that u can do html in a txt file but after u finish change the extention from .txt to .html n then it will show up n don't forgot to close all tags so that it works fine with u

yes u can...just make sure you save it as an .html file...

OR save it as a text file...close the file, then change the extension to .html. Open in browser, should work!

But yes, you can read local HTML files from most web browsers.
