Girls Name (2 year old daughter) - Mikaylee Shay
Always loved the name "Mikayla" but its too common. So I added Lee at the end which is my grandfathers middle name & Shay is my sisters name (Shaylin).
Boy Name (unborn) - Maddrick Shane Julius
We wanted to keep the first letter "M" like Mikaylee's. "Adrick" is my boyfriends name. Shane is my brothers name. Julius is my boyfriends brother.
Both names have meanings. Thats most important to me. Any other suggestions? Maybe incorporating these names together into something new?? I like unique too :) Thank you for anybody who responds!

Thank you very much to the people who gave compliments. and to those who gave CONSTRUCTIVE critisism. To the ones who were just plain RUDE, not nice. Hope your day improves. And yes, my family is VERY important to me. If not for them, I would not be the person I am today. So I am proud to name my children after them. My children will be very proud also. When they are asked why they were named the names they were named, they will be proud to explain that their names have meaning. Not just "because". Thank you again :)

We liked different names too.
We liked Kayla, McKayla - but we too found it was to common.
We took of the first part and we named our daughter Ayla. She's the only girl with three older brothers. We get compliments on her name every where we go.
I love the name Mikaylee Shay - very feminine.
I also like the name Maddrick. I've never heard it, and it's very masculine. A great name.
I think you've done a great job with the names you've picked.

Honestly, I think you have WAY to many things to do w/ people in the family. It's ok if your kids middle name is like your great grandfathers name or something but not like my boyfriends brother, and my brother, and my boyfriend. It's WAY to much. I think you should be creative and think up a first name that dosen't have to do with your family and maybe have the middle name be somebody who is important to you. Don't have the poor kids name be the whole family tree! I hope you don't do that, cause if I was that kid it'd be kinda embarasing. But that's just my opinion. My brothers name is Brayden and I think it's a pretty cute name. Good luck w/ the new baby!

Ella Rose is cute! i'm no longer a huge fan of Veronica yet Veronica Mae sounds intense-high quality :) i like Emerson! i replaced into going to signify Emerson Rae yet as quickly as I observed the greater element approximately how Emerson Bay replaced into the place you met your husband.. that makes Bay look greater useful to me. I cant p.c.. a fave. i like all of them, yet Emerson Bay has the main meaning it type of feels. good success and Congrats!! :)

I agree with another poster that your putting way to much of the family tree into your babies name. if you really like them that much make them godparents.

I feel horrible for your children. They're going to change their names as soon as they turn 18, you realize that don't you?

God, those are ridiculous. They're not unique, they're stupid. Can you imagine the shame of your kids having to explain to their peers why they were named what they were? Hopefully they can say something like, "my mom didn't know what she was doing, she was on drugs from the delivery."
