What is your worst fear?

The fear of dying at too young an age to see all of my kids grown up and all set in theirs lives. It scares me to death that if something happened to me I wouldn't be there for the simplest of things.

Dying at a young age and leaving my daughter without a mother. The fear is worse now than it was before because my brother's friend just died over the weekend of a massive heart attack at age 33. Sure gets you thinking about your own life.

I have two young children,so my worst fear is some disater befalling them: a disabling or fatal accident,a disease of some sort and - of course - like any parent my worst-case scenario would be abduction leading to murder.

Alzhiemers. Scariest to forget the people that matter most in your life. Heartbreaking to think they are strangers. And you, lost alone in your own world of unfamiliarity.
(Happened to many people in my family.)
I'd rather lose all my limbs or die.

That I will lose the capacity to use my mind fully and have to rely on other people to take care of me.
