I have a mild concussion is it anything to get worried about?

I have a mild concussion. Can it leave any permanent damage or count as 1 concussion for my life record? I was just wondering because its a minor concussion.

Just rest and you'll be fine. However, if you have any weird effects, like horrible headaches, or something, go back to your doctor.
