maintain a clean environment, make customers feel at ease by serving them with a welcoming attitude, offer nice food so they prove to be worth the price :)

Keep the place CLEAN, the food GOOD, the people FRIENDLY and the atmosphere NICE and make it so they will WANT to come back and they will want to tell their friends about it.

go and ask them if everything is OK, and do the need anything else, and if they say no, go away, and serve them quickly after they order.
