Top right corner your full address
over two, three or four llines.
Date of letter immediately beneath address.

Full official name and
address of Company you
are writing to here.

Dear Sir/Madam,

........................Write what you want to say here. Write in short sentences. Be brief and be coherent. Stick to the point of what you are trying to say. Keep it simple. Don't use words whose meaning you are not sure about. Check your spelling using a dictionary.

At the end of the text of your letter, space down one line, then write Yours faithfully, in the middle of the page. Space down another line or two then write your signature under and to the right of 'faithfully'.
Space down another line then print your full name below your signature.
