Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier III of Monaco which is a principality and not a country. She was always called princess Grace and never was considered a queen. Queen Noor was the American born wife of former King Husein of Jordon. Jordon is a mid-east country and not really considered to be in Europe.

Let's see. Princess Grace. That isn't exactly the title of a queen . In terms of monarchy a queen has to be married to a king or be the sole female child of a king. So, wrong..She was just another American.
