Aren't we going back a little here, like 60 years? This has a racist ring to it - guess you are an Arab, or just anti-Jewish, and are therefore not amenable to reason - but I'll answer it as though it was a legitimate question.
First, whether the area is "Arab territory" depends on how you view it. Biblically you can't argue that there wasn't a Jewish state of Israel - and in any case, Arabs and Jews are originally the same people - Semites - therein lies the whole Middle Eastern tragedy.
The modern state of Israel was created in 1948 by a United Nations vote. That's three years after the war ended, please note. The area was previously known as Palestine and was under British administration, or mandate. Far from dumping them, the lovely British (NOT) tried their very best to keep Holocaust survivors OUT of a land that wasn't even remotely British in the first place (have you read "Exodus"?)
Since 1948, all Jews in theory have the right to go and live in Israel but they still have to be accepted as citizens and get formal residence rights just like in any other country.
And also note, if there hadn't been mass persecution and murder of Jews throughout Europe for centuries (think Spanish inquisition, English expulsions, Russian pogroms) leading up to the Holocaust, there would have been no need for "displacement" of Jews. They were happy and peaceful people who put up with all kinds of crap from their Gentile neighbours and would have carried on living peacefully, until non-Jews - sponsored and encouraged by so-called Christian leaders - took it into their heads to start persecuting and murdering them for no reason other than that they "killed Christ" (please note, that was done by the ROMANS anyway).

You act like land was stolen from people and they were forcibly removed. Do a little research. Hints. The Jews who moved into the new nation of Israel bought all the land with cash at absolutely exorbitant rates at the time from the owners. Who were the owners? Mostly Arabs. Who was displaced? The "Palestinians"-- tentant farmers who worked the land for the rich Arab landowners. These "serfs" had no claim to the land, they lived on it and worked it. If you want to blame someone, blame the Arabs who sold their land to the Jews for a handsome profit and left the local population with nowhere to go. If you owned a farm, and sold it legally to someone else, do the hired hands have the right to claim the land from the new owner?

No, but the 600,000 Jews living in Israel before WWII sure had a right to claim a state of there own.
Read a bit of history my friend, the Jewish holocaust survivors only started to arrive in massive numbers after Israel was created in 1948, before that the British who controlled the area strictly prohibited immigration.

IN 1947 , WHAT IS NOW CALLED PALESTINE WAS JUST ALOT OF OPEN DESERT.THE BRITISH AND FRENCH HAD ALL BEEN IN THERE AND EVEN THE GERMAN S MADE THEIR PRESENT KNOWN DURING WW2.ONLY THE BEDOUIN TRIBES CROSS THESE AREAS LOOKING FOR WATER SUPPLIES.WHEN THE WATER RAN OUT THEY MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION.THE FRENCH AND BRITISH DUG WELLS AND BUILT CITIES SO THEY DIDN T HAVE TO FORAGE FOR WATER.AND THE Y TRADED WITH ALL WHO CAME THROUGH.
THIS AREA IS ALSO THE SO CALL THE PROMISED LAND OF MOSES TIME, PROMISED BY GOD AFTER THE JEWS FLED THE EGYPTIANS.THEY ONLY RETURNED TO THE LAND PROMISED TO THEM SINCE BIBLICAL TIME.THEY HAVE BUILT TOWNS AND CITIES AND HAVE PROSPERED.THEY IRRIGATED THE LAND AND PRODUCE FOOD FROM FARMS THAT HAD NEVER EXCISED BEFORE.
IN 1967 SYRIA AND EGYPT ATTACKED AND WERE DEFEATED AND THE GOLAN HEIGHTS AND WHAT IS NOW CALLED PALESTINE WERE CAPTURED IN THE WAR.ISRAEL DOESN T HAVE ANY REASON TO RETURN THIS LAND TO ANYONE.{SPOILS OF WAR }
ISRAEL HAS TRIED TO LIVE IN PEACE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND EVEN LET THEM LIVE ON THIS CAPTURED AREA.HA MAS AND THE HEZBOLLAH HAVE BEEN CREATING TROUBLE EVER SINCE
