i was watching a programme during the week "100 top comedy moments".i bet you have seen them,they are on channel 4 every week i think they have a top 100 for just about everything.any way the presenter (jamie theakston) always says AS VOTED BY YOU THE PUBLIC. have you ever voted on one of theese shows?

Lol coming to think of it it seems like Channel 4/E4 put one of those funniest adverts/comedy moments on every week,I didn't vote,infact I have never even been approached with an entry form.

not 100% but i think vh1 has a polling spot on their website...i think that is how they get some of their results....
