Yes, much more than 10 cents. It is made of silver, which was discontinued by the US Treasury in the 1960's when the silver in the US coins became more valuable than the face value. That is why all coins now are "copper clad" with a layer of copper in the middle surrounded by something else (not silver) on the outside.
Besides the value of the silver in the coin, you also have the value from its age and condition. This would have to be appraised by a coin dealer because it is variable, depending upon how worn it is, how rare it is, etc. You can either take to a local coin dealer for them to appraise, or you can get a general idea by doing a search for coins in a Yahoo search.
An example would be that my son got a buffalo nickel dated from the early 1900's and we found out that it is worth $5.00 because it is in good condition, as well as being old, but not very rare.

Have them appraised buy a coin dealer. That's the best way to have an accurate idea as to what they're worth.

I expect it would be silver, so worth at least a dollar or so as "junk silver". If it is in good condition, possibly much more.
