No, they are not a couple at all!!! I don't know who Jay Manuel dates, but I thought that Miss Jay (the judge) goes out with a guy who is a doctor. In the first season, I thought Miss Jay said that his boyfriend was a doctor. It was during the runway episode where Elise (the pre-med student) was complaining about how Miss Jay lectured her about how difficult med school was.
