"LAS VEGAS - Nevada authorities on Friday identified a man they want to question as they search for a young girl shown being sexually assaulted in a homemade videotape.
Chester Arthur Stiles, 34, was being called a "person of interest" in the search for a girl with haunting eyes who authorities believe was 4 or 5 years old when she was raped and sexually assaulted in the video, Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo said."
I was always agains the capital punishment, but in this case I am 100% for it.

yeah, as far as I'm concerned he gave up his right to breathe the same air as the rest of the population. I say make it a long and painful death, none of this lethal injection crap where they peacefully drift off to sleep. guy deserves to suffer.

I'm 100% for capital punishment. When they catch that a**hole, he should be castrated. What about the clown who had the tape for 5 months before turning in to the police? Sorry, I've been to the desert and if that tape is 5 years old and the guy "just found it" in the middle of the desert without any damage......? Something's not right there. He may have been the one filming the event, who knows. This is a crazy world and unfortunately, we have to live with jerks like this daily. Better yet, lets hand that guy to terorists in the Middle East and let them deal with him.

Surely, the punishment that someone like this will be forced to live with this crime, spend their remaining life in custody and outcast from society would be a far greater punishment than the instantaneous gratification of a killing.
This man is an animal, but why should we treat him humanely when he doesn't deserve it, letting him rot in prison works on many fronts that death does not.

Yes, I saw the tape too. It is beyond belief that anyone would harm a child. They would not say what was done but indicated that it was the worst possible sexual attack that could happen. I wonder if she is still alive but, rather doubt it. They need to get these animals off the streets and forget about treating them; there is no cure; kill them and get it over before they get out on "good behavior" and go on to do it again. You read about it all the time. I have no sympathy and no qualms about knocking them off. Let me pull the switch!!

I'm good with frying the 7/11 clerk too.
For this guy though, make a special electrode out of a piece of 2 inch galvanized pipe with a screw cap that can be inserted up his rectum so he gets a little taste of what that little girl got to experience before he signs off for good.

The death penalty is used too sporadicly and too often in my opinion. If you are going to use the death penalty, it needs to be for only the MOST SERIOUS of crimes, with a clear, well defined, logical set of guidelines. as it is now, you are way more likely to get the death penalty if you are black, or if you kill a young white girl. Not exactly what I would call JUSTICE for ALL.
we have too many people in prison and too many on death row, but in this case, I would say to lock the guy up for life....

So this girl's life is worth more than the life of some 7-11 clerk who gets gunned down for $200? If you can validate it for one person, the reasons remain just as just for all the others.

Before attaching a car battery to his genitals, he should be sodomized or violated in some way to understand how he made someone feel, and then die a slow and painful death.
Or he should be casterated awake while the "doc" uses a steak knife to saw "IT"off as well.

absolutely. 100%. no questions asked. and do it quickely don't clog up jails for years pondering whether it's right or wrong and allowing appeals. in open and shut cases such as this there is no doubt in my mind that even death is too easy. that poor, poor, child.
