Keep them in My Documents folder and Make My documents folder private from user profiles/accounts.

Answering or asking some stuff you shouldn't be huh? If you go into your profile there should be a link to "options" and a check box in there that allows you to hide Q&A from other users. Is she using the same yahoo account? If she is then make another account for yourself and do all your naughty stuff through it.

Create a user account for each person who uses the computer.

Go to START> Control Panel(classic view)> User Accounts
