Tennessee- also no state taxes. There are tons of small towns that are really inexpensive. And almost every town is close enough to a larger city so you can take advantage of all that a city has to offer like restaurants, museums, shopping, theater, parks, etc. I live in a wonderful town north of Nashville and commute there everyday. I've been here for 6 years and love it!

Florida .. No State Taxes...If you live outside the major cities it is cheaper. Less on ulilities because it doesn't get extremely cold in the winter months. Less wear and tear on your auto's too. All attractions within /hours drive. Fun in the Sun and plenty of beaches too. Weather permits more outside activities.
