My password has been typed on one of my documents.

Change it NOW, and also change the security question answers in the account profile

If your password has been hacked, then do the following:
When you signed up for Yahoo!, you were asked to provide a backup email for password retrieval. Hit "Forgot Password," and answer the secret question you set. It will send the password to your backup account and login. As soon as you login, change your password immediately. If that is your only account, then report it to Yahoo for deactivation and/ or create a new account. To prevent this from happening again, change your password at least every 6 months. Good luck!

Yeah change it. And change all your passwords for everything! Sometimes requested passwords are sent to yahoo (if you used that at sign-in) so whoever it is would be able to access your other sites too.

Go quickly and change it, before somebody does something stupid using your account or read any documents/emails that are private.

Change it, and your email address too if you're really worried, that's probably the best thing to do to protect your account.
