In the name of honor, humility, honesty, or even a woman. Should it be made legal to two consenting adults to engage in a duel to the death? (Or even just first blood, or someone asks for mercy)

Not legal since the 1840's or so...
established constabulary frowns on taking the
law into your own hands...
be a great market for swords, though...

I think it should be more of a pain threshold thing.
They both get hooked up to tasers and the last one standing gets the women.

arm wrestling would be more ideal. It shows who's physically stronger.
Of course the winner is usually the one with the bigger bank account

i think it should but if one is summoned(or whatever the word i was looking for is) to a duel they should be allwed to refuse
