Why does Beyonce go over the top when she performs while she's so calm in interviews?

I don't know I guess she wants to give people their money's worth, when I use to perform I gave 100% even if it was a school play. Her performances remind me a lot of Patti LaBelle's another over the top performer.

Beyonce is a great performer, however, In person she isn"t that great! In fact she is sort of a B****! We were fortunate enough to get to go backstage at a recent concert in Denver and when Beyonce walked thru the room we were all instructed to turn our heads because she does not allow ANYONE to look at her. She's always been weird that way in public.

Beyonce once said that when she performs, her stage personality named "Sasha" takes over. She really feels the energy from her fans and the music, so that in turn makes her perform harder. The question is: During her interviews, have you noticed how bad her grammar is?

Regardless, regardless, ;)
all performers have to generate excitement in their acts,
or they'd be boring!
Beyonce simply goes beyond
the boring acts by being bouncy!
(let's just call her "Bouncy" from now on!) ;)
It's only those who are insecure about themselves
who have to put on the act when they're interviewed off-stage, such as faux wrestlers, "gangstas", etc.

It's called entertainment. I reckon people like this have dual personalities, the extrovert side comes out whilst performing.

Her alter ego 'sasha' takes over when she's performing. I can remember her saying that in an interview. Sasha apparantly is her more dramatic side - does what she is unable to do herself if that makes sense.

It shows that she has passion in what she does: performing. :)
