In my psychology class the professor asked the same question, and most of us went with the most obvious answer and responded that women do. However, the professor shocked everyone when she said that studies done showed that men talk more than women.
Once again this study show that the stereotype we hold of women do not match with reality.

Without looking at all the other answers, I can bet 90% of the answers will be women. But I got to tell you, that my ex-husband had out talked at least six women in a room at one time. For real. Now life is nice and quiet, finally.

Certain women probably. BUT, get a group of men together on their own or with one or two women only, and they talk like the clappers, just as much as any woman!

I used to think us women talk more. But men talk more due to want I've seen.

I saw a report on TV that men say about 7,000 words a day and woman say about 20,000.
