I did much better in college than I ever did in h.s. I think it's because you are more goal orientated and it's your MONEY down the drain if you don't do well!!

I do better in college too. In high school, I never really cared and scraped by with C's. Now that I am actually paying for my education, I try to get most out of it. I never get below a B.

I did FAR better in college than in High School. I'm also glad I didn't listen to my guidance(?) counselor when she told me my grades weren't good enough to be accepted into school. I took extension courses and CLEPed until I accumulated 25 credits, then transferred into school, where I got as far as my junior year-and ran into some bad luck and had to drop out. Maybe someday I'll drop in again.

I did a lot better in college too. Actually, I am in college. I think it's just easier because I choose what I take and what days I'm taking it on.

I once wanted to go to college but my daddy said "no". My daddy told me that he was not ashamed of being a FORMER,,,and that his dad and his grandpa were both FORMERS also. Daddy said that the life of a former was a wonderful thing. So I guess that I will just try to learn to be content being a former,,,besides,,,I should inherit this big FORM when my daddy dies.

I made much better grades in college than High school--in High school friends and parties were more important--then when I had to pay for my education--grades came first

i was a 3.75 my last year of high school and in college I'm a 4.0 and up. I don't play about education, only A's and B's for me. Education is how i got out the Ghetto and I'm making the best of it.
