difficult :(
I don't get why either...they say the average time to fall asleep is 7 minutes...7 minutes!? are you kidding!? haha it takes me wayyy longer than that :(

I wish I could pass out right away

Usually have to lay there for about 45 minutes on an avergare night. And usually at that very apex where sleep is all but certain...i get a text. Always same person. Needless to say i dont reply...anymore...or at least I have nothing nice to say. lol.
But when i am really active during the day...i hit the pillow and lights out. A few have even told me before that they weren't sure i was alive (during those times) because they couldn't feel me breathing. My parents even told me that once...they had to wake me up to know i was alive. lol. I'll tell you what...I never feel any more refreshed than those nights.

lately i've had no trouble falling asleep. 2 straight weeks of 8 and 10 hour days will do that to you

I have a great solution for those people who cannot sleep. Climb into bed and make sure you are as near to the edge as possible. Fluff up your pillows and make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and blank your mind, then after a few minutes you'll soon drop off........get it? Fall asleep, drop off!! Never mind, must be near my bed-time.

I have a really hard time going to sleep.. I usually can only fall asleep when I'm just totally drained & worn out... I've always had a hard time sleeping...

It used to take me forever, but I basically learned how to fall asleep on command! It's kinda funny.
