spirituality , to me, means tuning into your own spirit, the non physical part of you, and your beliefs about life, this world, your relationship with nature and God (if you believe in one)
it is separate from religion(religion to me is how you practice your spirituality, an outward show of what you believe in ), separate from what anyone has told or taught you, its what you feel and think within you
i also think of it as the part that is myself, the self i would be no matter what physical state i was in, its my self energy
i feel i was someplace before i came to this life on earth, and i will go on to someplace after i pass on from this
i dont feel i really know or can describe that "someplace" in either case, yet its not important to me to do so

Spirituality could be taken in so many ways. For the most part, spirituality is how in touch you are with your spiritual side. Does not share the same meaning of "religious". Many people get the two mixed up. Spiritual is more so believing and religion is more so study.

is there spirituality, considering that nothing spiritual is ever proven? brain chemistry and physics can reveal many answers about emotions and people, and prove many things. its just not very attractive because of the emptiness that it carries.
