Well, you see, she was walking down the street when she got zapped up by Aliens, then they experimented on her and threw her out when they realised that she was not the one they want...
As she fell, she realised that there was an open manhole below her and she would never be able to stop herself from falling down the hole...
Then, up to her knees in human waste she saw a pink horse with a raft made of plastic bottles coming towards her, he helped her out of the water and took her to the closest stair up to land...

I'd say she is now in the Congo.
