How are adults REALLY setting an example to others, when governments are constantly killing people. This is bullying, how can bullying in society be stopped when it is being dealt out by politicians?
The strongest are winning but that doesn't make them RIGHT, the strongest can kill, but that doesn't mean their trustworthy!
Many people respect the rich, but wealth doesn't mean GOOD and HONEST !
Without these values, how do we become at one with the universal energy some call God?

Hello, Was Great Briton a bully when it declared war on Germany for bullying weaker nations. Was Great Briton a bully when it decared war on a nation that bullied sheep farmers in the Falklands. War in defence cannot be classed as bulling.Despot's in power are bully's how can they be stopped if the people turn against them are they bully's.Poor doesn't mean good and honest. War makes us all become one because they all pray to God that their armies will win the battle.

Is this a question or a statement. I do agree with your sentiment though. why should 1 country try to enforce its ideals and ways on another just because its army is bigger or better equipped. because we enjoy democracy does that mean everyone should be forced into having elections and why do the powers that are in control of countries like America and U.K. only seem to notice smaller counties that are bullied by their neighbours need aid if they have something that we can trade there are republics and small countries around the world that have fought alone for years. Everyone has noticed except the world leaders

Personally, I feel war should be found necessary ONLY
when it is a matter of self-defense and when all other means of resolution has been taken. This country helps other countries, but our resources are limited and it must be totally frustrating to pick and choose who to help/defend. I believe all the richer, larger countries should come to a decision and pool their resources for a common cause. There are countries who we have literally saved from destruction that do not respect us or even remember the sacrifices we made. What is the solution when there is so much confusion, hate and ignorance inside a country until they are literally killing each other off? What should be the degree of our assistance?

They say all is fair in love and war, but that is false! There is no fairness in war. There will be peace when we become sick of sacrificing our children, when leaders learn to compromise, when killing is stopped in the name of religion, when killing is stopped to promote power and greed. Each new generation must take a stand for peace and realize they must call on our creator's help.

this is true, we try to teach non-violence to our children, we expect non-violence from them, yet we continue to not make illegal the hitting of children by their parents and caretakers, we continue to go to war, we ignore the fact of what we are really teaching, then we are surprised when children use violence to attempt to resolve problems
we teach might makes right, the bigger /stronger control the smaller/ weaker, those in power can do what they wish,,yet we dont make the connection that our children are not isolated anymore into their one family, their one small community, they learn of things outside of it, and then some when they feel wronged pick up a weapon to equalize their size , strength and power
we bully our own children, why are we surprised we bully others?

Yep. Sadly.. greed ($$$) and power rule. Honesty & kindness are shunted aside.. and the corporations have enough money to buy their politicians.. the rest is history.

Your screwed up. Bullying has no point at all. ALL wars have a point (whether right or wrong is a separate issue).

The philosophy of Altruism (other-ism) is being played to it's logic ends.
We need a new philosophy, not more of the same.

Not only bullying.

I believe that WAR is a form of TERRORISM itself.

We should be reminded that action only reproduces itself.
