You gotta be smart and know your facts. Like if the girl's on top, she can't get pregnant. It's gravity.

I am so sorry to hear about what happened to you. All you can do now is wait until she will know for sure if she is indeed pregnant. If answer is a positive one, you will have to make a choice. That choice would be involving your unborn baby. Your plans for the future might be in jeopardy, because baby needs a daddy. But she might not be pregnant after all. If that is the case, run as fast as you possibly can from that woman. You can not trust her. She is not the right one for you, because she is a self centered user. People like that are the very worst kind for any type of relationship. Don't ever forget to use condom, BTW.
One more thing... no matter what life is throwing your way, try to make the very best out of it, sweetheart. I will keep you in my prayers.

here's what you do: first of all take some responsibility in the outcome. If you are adamant about not having children, you have to use condoms. That is something YOU can control. My bf doesn't want to have a child now so he always uses condoms.
Secondly, i wouldn't marry her. A child out of wedlock but loved is better than a child who lives in a resentful household and i guarantee you will be very resentful of her if you marry her because of this because you will feel trapped against your will.
So you have no control over what she does as far as carry the baby to term or not, but you have control over what you are going to do and why. Whatever happens this gf needs to mature before going into any sort of real adult relationship because using pregnancy (or even anything) as a manipulative devise is very immature and short sighted, not to mention irresponsible

Legally, there is nothing left *to* do. A man in this situation, which happens very often, has no legal options at all. His choices are over. (The *only* choice a man has is not to be party to a pregnancy in the first place).
Illegally, one could skip the country and remain hidden for the rest of his life, work under the table, become a bum... no good options exist legally or illegally.
No matter what else, he should demand, not request, a paternity test, but under no circumstances should he marry this slime-ball.

Goes to show you should always use something other than birth control. Are you absolutely positive she lied and it's not an oops baby? You don't have to marry her just because she's pregnant, in actuality I know of no law saying you even have to stay with her especially if it is true that she "tricked" you into getting her pregnant.

You can ask for an abortion, or you can tell her that you will marry her after you finish sutdies but make it clear to her that if she doesnt help u with your life your relationship with her will start to get ruined. She could get an abortion if its not too late and if it is tell her ull assist in paying the bills but you need to move on with your life till it is time to marry. REALLY THIS IS NO JOKE!!

I'd tell her honestly how I felt, in the most concise way possible.
It's really unfair for once partner to make the assumtion that a baby will make it "happy ever after". It's a decision that affects everyone.

That wouldn't really make her a loving girl friend, would it?
Why would a sane woman put herself (and then her fetus) in that postion? Someone who is mentally healthy wouldn't do something like what you mentioned. You can't force someone to love you or marry you because you are pregnant.
Then again, why isn't he wearing a condom?

this is a terrible situation. what she did was wrong, very, very wrong. she violated all of the trust you too may once have shared. i would say the relationship is over. but, of course, you will still have to pay child support, because, reasonably, you could have used condoms. you made a poor choice in trusting her, i think.
