It would seem alcohol is worse, it makes you aggressive and definitely impairs your judgment, not to mention how many people are killed by drunk drivers. Marijuana on the other hand slow yours motor skills and has bad long term effects. But cigarettes have worse long term effects and they are legal. I think marijuana should be legal to poses up to a certain amount but not packaged and sold like cigarettes.

I say alcohol is MUCH worse than weed...I base that on personal observations.
If you were at a 'drinking' bar, and you bump into a guy that's toasted on whiskey, he's likely to start a fight, and that's never good in a bar.
Now, if you were in a 'smoking' bar, and bumped into a guy that had been hitting a bong all night, he's likely to not even notice that you bumped into him! And if he did, he'd probably just be like "Whoa, man!"
Another example is driving. More often than not, if you're drunk and get behind the wheel, you'll probably put the pedal to the metal thinking "I can drive FINE!"
But if you're stoned and drive, you're going to reach a top speed of abuot 15 mph.

Absolutely! Alcohol should be illegal! If I were to choose between the two as to which one should be legal, it would be marijuana! I agree with you 100%!
I would like to know exactly how many people get in marijuana related accidents vs. alchohol related accidents!
(I have smoked marijuana in my past. I do not smoke it now.)

You find it.... he finds it.... That does not mean much, because different people react differently to pot and alcohol. Once it becomes an addiction, then it is all bad. The damage and culture of each addiction is entirely negative for everyone connected with the addict. To be honest, I think neither should be legal - except for medical marijuana.

I agree. I have worked in the alcohol business for many yrs. running a bar and seen first hand the damage done from it's effects and abuse. I have never seen anyone OD, get crazy, sick, or hurt their self and others from just marijuana.
The only reason it is not legal in the US is because the government can't put a tax on it ...yet.

They are completely different, but I would say the effects of alcohol are much more dangerous and destructive. However, neither should be illegal.

I think alcohol is much worse. But don't legalize pot, its already expensive now, imagine after all the taxes.

Alcohol is so much worse! I've never known anyone to die while driving a car high, but I can give you a list of people who have died or have been killed by someone who was drunk.
