Almost all of these answers are anti-TNA.
TNA doesn't copy everything from the WWE. Look at thing WWE copies from old WCW and ECW. Look at how many times the WWE has resued one of their own old storylines!

Vince isn't even stupid enough not to check out His Competition.
I bet He watches TNA every Thursday.
I'm sure Jarrett looks with a longing eye at several of the WWE's Top Wrestlers.
I just hope He's not watching the WWE for pointers on how to write storylines.

I honestly doubt Vince McMahon has ever watched one second of Tna wrestling. Im sure people under him have but not him.

Definately. I don't know if WWE really cares that much about TNA (no offence), but I'm sure TNA pays a lot of attention to WWE. So much so that they have to rip ideas off superstars like Kane and The Undertaker. Yes, Abyss is a cross between Mankind and Kane. He's more Kane, actually. The whole 'demented-past' and 'mask' and 'manager who's names is Paul Mitchell which is so similar to Paul Bearer'. And recently, TNA brought in Judas Mesias who is trying to be The Undertaker. The blue lights, the fog, the white eyes, the mind games. Plus, he's Paul Mitchell's son. He's fighting Abyss. This is like the whole Undertaker vs Kane back in 1997, only in reverse. *That was lengthy* The answer is yes, they do. =)

Vince doesn't really have time to check out TNA. But i'm pretty sure he does since they're both rivals.
