we attend the same school so i have to look at him with her everyday and it really gets to me i try to talk to other people to get him off my mind but it dont work I LOVE HIM

I know you're still in love with your ex. If it's true love, you'll never stop loving him. It will die down, but you'll still have feelings for him at least a little bit. If he has another girl, let him enjoy her, and stay out of it. If he wants you back, that's wrong, because he has a girlfriend. Give up on him. It's over. I know it's hard to see them together, but just try to get used to it. Try to find another guy. Give it time, and it will get better.

You can't really love him if you don't want his lifestyle. It's a part of him and something that won't change. Maybe you're just feeling territorial, but if you have any reservations, then do what you can to get over it. You'll find someone BETTER and you'll love everything about him. Don't waste time on someone who won't/can't fulfill your needs. You deserve the absolute best for yourself, so honor it!

He IS his lifestyle, sugarpie. You can't separate the two or try to change a guy. You have to accept him for who he is or move on.
If he's with a girl, but he's saying he wants you back, then he's playing you and the other girl. You want a guy like that? You deserve better.

You want him back, but not his life style? Well, you can't get him back and expect him to change and be molded into the person you want him to be. Plus, he's with another girl. Technically, he's hands off.

If you don't like his lifestyle, you don't love him. You're infatuated with him. And you can't get him and leave his lifestyle behind. That's part of who he is. You need to find someone else to fixate on, or put yourself whole-heartedly into hobbies and things you enjoy doing so you don't have time to think about him.
