Im afraid they are definately a scam! I ordered 250GBP worth of Nintendo DS Lites and games for my daughters birthday and they have never arrived. I have filed a claim thru paypal but have no idea whether I will be able to recover my monies! Gamechimp have now completely disappeared, they were very clever indeed and seemed to have duped loads of us!! Good luck with your claim!

I ordered mario party 8 for the nintendo wii on 11th Sept, said item was dispatched 2nd class on 14th yet still have not received item. As I have now discovered, after the closing of the website and everyone else having the same problems, I am sure it is a scam. I have filed a claim through paypal but am not very hopeful as expect the seller to have taken the money and ran. Not a happy bunny. Wish there was a way the police were able to get involved, these rogue traders need to go down!

From the looks of the discussions on this site looks like you have lost the money, unless you take action like contacting, paypal, your bank / credit card company.

I can't get their site to load. That is usually not a good sign.
