Blue, it was for the Royal Family the guards in Red are Cardinal's Guards or as shown in the movies the bad guys.

they're blue. in The Man in the Iron Mask (the one with leo) Porthos, Aramis, Athos, and d'Aragnan's uniforms were black while all the other Musketeers were blue.
