Go for it! It will make for a great lunch time pint! A few years ago my mum said she could never tire here Red Setters out. Being a doting son I took them on a 7 mile walk, cross country, Ringstead Downs, Peddars Way, then back home along the beach from Holme next Sea. Net result I was sh*****d and the dogs wanted more! I still made it to the Pub though!

If you are fit and well enough to walk then go for it. I hope in the not to distant future to be able to do more walking myself. It's just 6 weeks since I had a radical hip and knee replacement, and I am hoping to have the same operation on my other leg in November. Lets face it you can stay in bed any day, but if the weather is nice enough for you to walk then get out there and enjoy those fresh sea breezes! lol:-D

15 miles on the beach is equal to about 45 miles on a hard surface, you will be well and truly exhausted but will get the old circulation moving especially walking on the Yorkshire coast, very bracing.

Definitely go for the walk, it dosent necessarily have to be 15 miles, but getting out to the beech is always better than staying in bed.

Definitely go for this walk. You'll be in bed for a long time after that.
