Hitler's genocidal rage through Europe was not just the Jews No no he had plans for Europe and the Gypsies were going to be rounded up and killed until there wasn't one of them left - A genocide of an entire race of people
Also on the chopping block were Jehovah Witness's but that isn't a race - it is a religion - Nonetheless no homeland for them either

Why didn't all the races who had no homeland in Europe recieve a nation state for themselves ?

Well I bet they feel quite the fool now - don't they LOL
So all they had to do was stick up there hand but unfortuantely when the nations were being handed out after the war everyone but the Jews were in the washroom ?
Or perhaps it was a letter and Canada Post was in charge of making sure everyone got it and well - one out of 1,000 is pretty good for Canada Post you know

gypsies were given a green badge, much like the Jewish yellow star, gays were also sent to the death camps, and were given pink triangles.
the holocaust killed about 1/3 of Europe's Jews. nearly 60% of Europes gypsies were murdered.

Palestine was under British control after WWII.Dis-placed Jews asked to be sent to Palestine after the war rather than face the prejudice they were subjected to in their country of origin preceding and during WWII.
After arrival,they were subjected to more violence at the hands of the Palestinians and were not protected by the British contingent.
Hostilities broke out between the British and the Palestinians over self rule and self determination.
At about the same time the Jewish people organized and declared Israel to be an independent nation and won control of it from the Palestinians.
No "nations" were given away,Israel was created through revolt and conquest.

Gypsies are several different groups lumped under one term. They come from different places/ethnicities - Romania, Yugoslavia, Egypt, Italy, etc.
