Water conservation is very important here in California. So, to help the environment, and save water for future use.... I have decided to give up peeing into a toilet.
The next time I feel the urge to go, I will simply open my zipper, and do it on the front lawn when nobody's watching.
This way, I can save water, by not having to flush the toilet (3 gallons) and I can put nitrogen back into the soil.
Is this good for the environment ?
What do you guys think ?

Well, you could do that if you want to have brown patches on your lawn, and risk getting arrested for indecent exposure.
Or if you have a sink in your house that you never use (like the utility sink that some people have in their basement), you can pee in there. Just keep a spray bottle of disinfectant nearby so you can spray the sink after you finish.
Another possibility is you could pee in a bottle, and dump it down the storm drain when no one is looking. But then you would have to have bottles of pee laying around. So on second thought, DONT do that if you ever want to have friends. LOL!!

Each time you piss on the lawn, you may save up to 4 gallons of water, depending on your toilet. Modern toilets use only about 1.6 gallons of water per flush. Installing a urinal in your bathroom can use much less water.
Urine may be good or bad for the grass, depending on the pH of your soil. Pissing around the edges of your property tells animals to keep off, which is good if you don't like stepping in dog crap.
The down side is Puritanical neighbors---especially if they already have a grudge against you. If a bunch of little girls appear out of nowhere, you could be charged with the crime of indecent exposure. It's best to do it at night and not under a street light. To be on the safe side, piss in a jar and pour it on the edges of your territory.

If you feel compelled to piss on a lawn, it might be idea to piss on the lawn of someone you don't like. That way their lawn will turn brown, and you will have had personal satisfaction. If you are caught you can make the claim you were just saving water because you were a friend of the environment. Perhaps it will work.

What's wrong with peeing in the toilet and not flushing it, if it's only pee I don't see what the problem is. But yeah whatever floats your boat, go for it. I'm sure the neighbors will enjoy the view. lol

Probably best to pee in your own toilet......once the neighbours 'catch wind' of what you are doing you might be peeing in the toilet at your local 'institution'....either way you lose....try closing the lid and just flushing every-other time...but buy a good environmentally friendly air freshener....

Peeing on your lawn actually kills your grass.
Dog or Human Urine is actually bad for your grass
What you should honestly do is take every advantage you can to water your grass on such days they let you water ur grass.
Another option is to beg Mother Nature for RAIN!
