All my life it was shame and anger.
Just recently I have learned that I have nothing to be ashamed of and have found new ways to deal with it.
It took a lot of trust for me to admit what my problem was but I seem to be growing as a person more because of this; time will tell.

I havent learn how to yet. I'm a big bag of water I love to laugh I cry at the drop of a hat. This is why I dont play poker.
