Chef Emeril's sitcom was really lame, but thankfully short lived.
After Mash is high on my list as well. SO what's on your list?

As much as I dislike reality shows not really sure if they are a sitcom. Though TBS or was it TNT had that lame Survivor ripoff called Gilligans Island.

Sorry for the confusion I should have been more clear I would never have had MASH on my list as it was one of the all time greats.

Wat I meant by After Mash was in fact the spinoff to MASH- "AFTER MASH" it ran from September 26,1983 to December 11,1984. Most of the cast voted not to be on this show the rest should have listned. Harry Morgan, Jamie Farr and William Christopher where the major charecters that went on this spinoff.

The fact that some people didn't realise that when I said After Mash being lame and confused it whith "MASH" goes to show thankfully how short lived this show was. They even had ripoffs of Major Burns and Major Houllihan as well as Hawkeye played by 2 different actors. Nobody could make us forget Alan Aldas "Hawkeye". OK I HOPE I CLEARED UP THE CONFUSION I SEEMED TO CREATE.

I like the fact that I go a real cross period of ditcoms especially the old school stuff "My Mother the Car" just sounds awfull never saw it though nor did I ever see the "Patty Duke Show" also sounds equally lame Only in that time period would those shows be made.

You're going to catch a lot of flack for putting MASH on your list, even though after season 1, the show become monotonous and repetitive. Still, I probably wouldn't call it the lamest, just due to the sheer amount of utter tripe that has found its way onto the boob tube over the years.
Oh man, there are just too many of them. I think I'll go old school and say "My Mother the Car," just to avoid having to think about the absurdly awful modern garbage that masquerades as humor.

Even though a lot of good shows came out of All In The Family
the one where a black family who moves into the Bunkers old Houser Street adress was a pretty shaky premise.

There has never been a sitcom to rival Mash , Soap, Friends, or Cheers. Sitcoms now are all so stupid, not even a little bit funny.

I agree about Hannah Montana, bad acting. I like That's so Raven a lot better.
Mash wasn't one of my faves either.
Another was 3rd rock from the sun
