Sublimination is "skipping" an expected state (Going from a solid straight to gas), the only form in the list above is dry ice which turns into a gas as soon as it melts.
Dry ice (frozen CO2) is used for fake smoke and fake mist in plays and movies etc because it is easy to make (simply put frozen dry ice in a bucket of water (and through sublimation) you get billows of "smoke"
