How and at what point does a woman know hes not playing hard to get and he really doesnt like you?

It is all about game playing. People play so many games that others really don't know any more what is real or isn't. I can only tell you to be honest about how you feel. Be as nice as you can but honest. Tell this person that you aren't playing hard to get. Let her know that you have no feelings for her and never will. Ask her very sincerely to just leave you alone. Let her know it is uncomfortable and embarrassing for you and should be for her. Of course, tell her this in as private a place as you can. Then stick to it.

Maybe never, depends on the woman. A better question would be and I'm not being rude, at what point does a man just get honest with the woman and tell her he's not interested instead of being such a wimp.

Most adults don't act like that, but teenagers do. I would hope that an adult male could be honest and mature enough to tell a woman that is interested in them that, they do not feel the same.

Be up front and to the point. Tell the woman that you are not interested and you don't want any contact. There should be no questions in her mind after hearing that.

When he says right over the phone or in person that he is talking to his girlfriend right now or he is going out with his girlfriend later. That has never happened to me but I have heard that happens.

Hopefully when he tells her that there is no chemistry between them. Hate seems like a pretty harsh word, but she should be aware that there is nothing happening between them when informed of such.
