I have a 92 civic. I have a problem starting up. Before I can start it, I have to turn the ignition on and wait for the engine light to turn off before it can start. I recently changed the ignition coil, the spark plugs and fuel filter. What could be the problem?

assuming it will crank but not start, I would say the fuel system is losing pressure to the injectors, allows fuel to run back to tank, takes minute or so to get fuel back up...

it it takes too long cranking time before it starts, check your fuel pump relay, maybe that is the culprit
