Hi there, I cant really lay out the format on an answer but..

in BOLD letters across the top is YOUR NAME.

Under that (1)Date of Birth
(2)Playing age range
(3)Email address
(4)Mobile
(5)Address
(6)Hair colour
(7)Eye colour
(8)Height
(9)Build
(10)Agent details..if u have one
(11) Equity number ..if you're a member

These should be spread out on left and right side of page.

Next comes SCREEN section.. what you've done on tv or film

Then THEATRE section.. what you've done on stage

Then TRAINING section.. courses,workshops

and at the end SKILLS section such as relevant specialist skills..singing, stage combat horseriding karate etc

Have a look at actors cv's online to see layout, have a look at agencies such as www.lisarichards.com
