I would suggest the Motorola KRZR it is more sleeker and I've been working for awhile with Tmobile. And ever since this was released we haven't had any issues with his particular phone same goes with the samsung t429. The RIZR has some problems with the screen going very slow. So this my opinion as a tmobile tech support rep.

Samsung generally makes a great cell phone. Motorola was the leader at one point in time but since then it's gone down. I'd go with the Samsung. I hated the Krzr because it was so slow! If I opened it and wanted to get into my contact to dial a person, it took FOREVER. Even the cell phone salesman told me it was pretty slow. Hopefully this'll help!

Better how?

Easier to use, but use for what - just as a phone, for text messaging, as a camera......?

Better in terms of reliability?

I've not had good experience with Motorola phones regarding reliability. They seem to break or breakdown in some fashion easily.

I currently use an LG phone - so far so good. Still works after being dropped in the ocean at the beach.
