You must go see a doc today, The doc has seen it all before and heard it all before and this is what he went to school for.............to help people with problems just like yours. If you don't get this checked out it could turn into pelvic inflammatory disease and you could end up in the hospital or worse yet sterile. Also you should be getting a yearly pap and pelvic so the doc has seen your vagina before so what is the big deal???? GO see the doc today before this gets more serious and puts you in the hospital.

As a 23 year old woman you should have more sense than to be saying you would die of shame if you went to the doctor!! Anything to do with 'down there' is extremely important and if there's something out of the ordinary going on then get to the doctor. Ask for a female doctor if you have to. You do not want to end up with a pelvic inflammatory infection - you will be very ill. Chances are it's just thrush and your symptoms will be cleared up in a couple of days, but only a doctor will be able to diagnose and treat you. In the meantime, don't use anything scented or perfumed when washing yourself, wear cotton underwear, and for god sake, DO NOT have unprotected sex!! You could pass it on.

Yeah, discharge is normal, but not wen it smells real bad as u say it does. Its probably just an infection like a urine or yeast infection, so go to ur doctor so they can do a few tests just so they can find the best way of treating it.

Hmm - bad smell usually means infection of some sort. It's best to see the doctor before it gets worse - see a female doctor.
She'll have seen it all before and that's what she's there for. There may be nothing wrong, but why worry when you can get it sorted out?
Good luck and remember - it's nothing she wont have seen before - many times

If you cannot go to your GP, either ask to see the female GP at your practise or go to the GUM attached to your local hospital (in yellow pages) and get treated! It could be something so so so simple and you may be able to laugh about it in a few months time. Or, it could be something that needs immediate help, and even if it does 'clear up' you may be left unable to have children or with permanent damage. If it is the worse....well, the graveyard is full of people who were too embarrassed to get help!!
I don't mean to sound so heartless, but for the sake of yourself, your future babies and your family -GET Help NOW!!

Go see your doctor, you need to see a doctor to have vaginal swab done, it could be something very simple. Unfortunaley us of the female sex are very susceptible to infection this region, heat and moisture. May'be change soaps in the meantime to an anti bacterial one, do not wear tight restricting trousers, and best wear cotton nickers reduces perspiration. Get to the doctor though. Good Luck.

The doctors have seen everything. Don't wait to get this checked out. You probably have a bacterial infection and just need some medicine. If it is a bacterial infection it will not go away on it's own.
