get some reports from witnesses or hopefully security video and tell her boss about it.

Your description isn't entirely clear to me, but if it happened exactly as you say it did, and you did nothing wrong, you may have a claim for wrongful dismissal. It would depend on your history with the company. Did you have an excellent record at your other store? No complaints, or good reviews, anything like that? Could that new boss have been discriminating against you for any reason?
Even if not, if she maintained a persistently negative place to work once you transferred there, or cut your hours, without reason, you may have a claim for constructive dismissal. You may want to check your local employment legislation. Most places have a complaints mechanism for registering a complaint against a boss like yours. Where I live, registering the complaint is free.
Also, as someone else mentioned, you may want to contact this lady's boss to discuss the matter. That's probably the best first step, but you might want to document the correspondence in case you decide to bring the matter to a tribunal or court.

If you were full time, and worked there for over a year go apply for unemployment. Otherwise, you were probably hired at will and can be fired for any reason.. Sorry about your luck, but it could be good for you. You now have a chance to possibly get a better job. Above and beyond all else, you won't have to work for someone that is always in a bad mood.

While your boss' conduct was rude an unprofessional, you have not described anything that would make your termination illegal. If your company has an HR department, it might be possible to go over her head and try to get your job back.

Sounds like it was a stupid reason, but unless you have a work contract, are part of a union, or something like that, there is no law broken and nothing you can do. Just find another job.
Sorry.

She made herself look much worse than she made you look in front of others. Just put it behind you and look for a new job. It sounds like you won't miss anything special not working with people like her.

I think it was unfair of her to fire you like that, so it could be classed as unfair dismissal, and if you want, you could take it to an employment tribunal.
If you type "unfair dismissal" into google then it will come up with stacks of information about what you can do etc.
Hope that helps :)

If your story and perception are real, try going over her head. Talk to her supervisor. It's your right and you have nothing to lose...
